Returns and refunds

Request a return

Email support@freeplayco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in their original packaging, with all included parts and proof of purchase.

Wait for approval before shipping. We provide the return address, instructions and applicable postage costs. Keep tracking and proof of shipment.

Items explicitly marked final sale are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Contact us promptly about damage, defects or incorrect items so we can arrange a remedy.

Refunds and exchanges

We inspect returned items and email the decision. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when funds appear.

Consumer rights

Where applicable, EU customers have a 14-day withdrawal right. These voluntary return terms do not restrict statutory cancellation rights or remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.
